- Proficiency in both compiled and dynamic languages (AJAX, C#/Java, PHP and Python preferred)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL (MySQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server)
- Deep experience with Web application frameworks, like ASPX
- Familiarity with the Linux command line and the Linux OS
- Experience building and testing distributed systems or related software projects a plus
- Experience designing APIs or consuming 3rd party APIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mandarin Chinese Teacher The myChinese360 program gives public and private K-12 schools the ability to offer their students live, Web-based, for-credit Mandarin language classes taught by certified instructors in China and the U.S.
The program, already active in Texas, California and Virginia, will be expanding in the fall 2010 and is immediately recruiting teachers and recent graduates who are trained to teach Mandarin as a second language. These full-time positions will be located in our global headquarters in Austin, Texas. Teachers not already credentialed to teach in public schools would work towards certification as part of the program. Positions include full benefits and a competitive salary based on experience.
